New blogger
Since Baby Sophie was born last June, I have been writing about her health, her crises, her weight, milestones, infections, etc etc etc on her CaringBridge site. CaringBridge is awesome, and it has been wonderful to have free access to an outlet like that for so long, but we no longer need it. We are moving on to Blogspot! We have a lot of long-distance family and friends that we have made through CaringBridge who I would still like to update on Sophie's progress, but now that Sophie is nearly a year old...
~I don't need to post an update every time she gains (or loses) an ounce.
~I don't need to write about her input or her output.
~No one is nervously logging on to find out whether Sophie survived the night.
~She doesn't need a blog which lists "hospital location."
~You will no longer have the occassional need for a medical dictionary or a nursing degree to understand my posts.
